Maltin comes on here to let us know that "there is nothing funny about drunkenness." And that the vaudeville film "Father, Dear Father" that Mickey and Minnie watch in this short is making fun of melodramas, not alcoho...展开lism. Next is Fred and Ward (an obvious homage to Disney animators Fred Moore and Ward Kimball) who dance and tell jokes. Then Mickey and Minnie go for a ride around town in a primitive motorcar. This short is also on the Pollyanna DVD.
