　　Jacques Roc has directed and produced over 180 television commercials and public service announcements for companies like Pfizer, Chase, Chrysler, Carson Products, NYC Department of Health, Tiger Balm and Gaseteria. A press release in 1995 called Jacques Roc a "triple threat", being director, producer and composer for the television spot. Pluie d'Espoir is his first feature film, in addition to directing and producing, Roc also composed much of the music in the film.
