901: after 45 years of working was made out of our family's powerful feeling that the Eames Office space at 901 Washington Boulevard was a treasure that needed to preserved—at least on film. It could not be physically preserved because the entire building was condemned for earthquake safety reasons even before Ray's death in 1988.
