　　"Cars of the Revolution”, based on a true story, is the emotional saga spanning 130 days behind the first car produced in Turkey in 1961, a year after the military seized power. The film revolves around seven engineers and their families who believed that a car could be manufactured in Turkey; and by doing so a country’s destiny could be changed for the better. One of the best period movies Turkish cinema ever produced, with its fascinating screenplay, and skillful portrayal of the characters.
