　　This work is composed of three different episodes. The first one is a satellite photo from the Internet overlapped with a news report. The picture shows a nuclear factory somewhere in North Korea, at which a TV broadca...展开sts a live South Korean telecast of government officials accompanying Ex-President Kim Dae-jung who visits chicken and pig plants in North Korea. The second episode is about an accidental forest fire around the DMZ and there has been no decision made as to which side should extinguish it. On the screen of the third episode, a U.S.’s state-of-the-art radar-based electronic system designed to carry out airborne surveillance is conducting its duty against the blue sky, over which a South Korean TV program is overlapped. The program is about “Learning North Korea’s Language” and is explaining the meaning of ‘Haebinggi.’
